Do you provide a product catalog?
We are continuously launching new designs and colors, making it difficult to maintain up-to-date printed catalogs. We discontinued printed catalogs in January 2020. Instead, we send monthly updates with photos of all new products by email.
How do you manage project schedules? What if issues occur?
We first confirm the client’s delivery deadline and assess project complexity. If potential challenges exist, we will inform you promptly and work out solutions together.
We closely monitor production at every stage and provide a weekly production schedule. If any problems arise, we communicate with you immediately and resolve them jointly — including on-site support when necessary — to ensure on-time and successful completion.
How do you guarantee final product quality?
We have a dedicated quality control team to ensure finished goods meet both our internal standards and client requirements. Every order receives the same high level of attention, regardless of order size.

What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs per item, as our fabric suppliers also apply minimum order requirements.
However, to build trust and long-term friendly cooperation, we accept small trial orders such as 1,000 pcs per item.
Do you ensure products comply with the highest safety and quality standards?
Yes. When manufacturing toys and baby products for young children, we ensure all materials meet the required safety standards of target markets.
Our laboratory testing covers strength, rubbing, folding, small parts, toxicity, phthalate content and transportation safety tests.
